Anchor Habit Consistency
Ever notice how one “off” day can turn into two…
Then suddenly a whole week’s gone by and your routine’s out the window?
It happens, especially when your routine is interrupted. Holidays, schedule changes, unexpected plans… or just a few too many “I’ll start fresh tomorrow” days.
We all want to stay consistent. But when life feels all over the place, it can be tough to find your rhythm again.
Here’s what I remind my clients all the time:
You don’t have to do everything.
You just need your anchor habit.
What’s that?
It’s the one small thing that helps you feel grounded—even when everything else feels messy.
Maybe it’s a morning walk.
A protein-rich breakfast.
Five minutes of movement before bed.
It doesn’t have to be fancy. It just has to happen.
Because when your routine is off, that one habit reminds you:
You’re still showing up.
You’re still in control.
And that counts.
So if your workouts aren’t perfect, your meals are all over the place, and you’re just trying to keep your head above water…
Start with one thing.
Let it be your reset button.
That’s how we stay consistent—even when life gets chaotic.
