Beginner-friendly instruction to build strength, mobility & confidence

I’d never touched a kettlebell before and now I’m doing swings, presses, and cleans at 45! It makes exercising fun!
— Kylie Arnel

Phase 1: Build Your Foundation

  • Goal: Learn how to move well from the start — by understanding the essential kettlebell movements, grips, and how to activate the right muscles for control and strength.

  • Includes: A daily warm-up and cool-down you can repeat throughout the course and 7 foundational movements taught one per day, each one broken down with clear instructions and cues.

  • Primary Skills: Learn how to apply full-body tension in static positions, like the deadlift setup and rack hold. You’ll discover how to recruit your core, glutes, lats, and grip to move with control, and purpose.

Phase 2: Power and Flow

  • Goal: Start combining your foundational skills into fluid, powerful movement. This is where strength meets rhythm and kettlebell training really starts to feel like your thing.

  • Includes: Building on everything you've learned so far, with new drills that introduce power, tempo as well as encouraging and controlling momentum.

  • Primary Skills: Learn to generate explosive force from the hips in ballistic-style movements like swings and cleans, while also practicing grounded control through movements like windmills.

Phase 3: Integration & Challenge

  • Goal: Bring everything together with flow, form, and force. Using simple yet powerful combinations that reinforce your skills and elevate your confidence.

  • Includes: Combining movements from Weeks 1 and 2 to challenge coordination, control, and endurance. Just enough to feel proud, not crushed.

  • Primary Skills: Practice stringing movements together with intention. These complexes challenge your body to stay braced, move smoothly, and transition without overthinking, the key to real-world strength and carryover.

Phase 4: Short Kettlebell Complexes

  • Goal: Apply everything you’ve learned by moving through short kettlebell complexes using multiple exercises performed back-to-back without putting the bell down. This is where strength, stamina, and skill come together.

  • Includes: Featuring carefully structured complexes that use movements you’ve already mastered in a way that flows smoothly and in an empowering way.

  • Primary Skills: Perform multiple kettlebell drills in sequence with control, precision, and flow, challenging your endurance, grip strength, and mental focus while reinforcing great technique.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Her Kettlebell Era is designed specifically for beginners who want to learn kettlebells properly, without feeling overwhelmed or left behind. Unlike random YouTube workouts or advanced programs that assume you already know what you’re doing, this course teaches one skill a day in a simple, structured way you can follow from home with just one or two kettlebells. You’ll learn how to move safely and confidently through foundational drills, power-based movements, flow transitions, and full-body complexes, all while being supported inside a private Telegram group. With expert guidance, zero fluff, and no gym required, this course gives real women real strength in just 10 minutes a day.

  • Not at all. While Her Kettlebell Era is delivered over 30 days, you get lifetime access to all lessons, right inside the private Telegram group, delivered straight to your phone. That means you can go at your own pace, repeat drills, catch up anytime, or revisit your favourite lessons whenever you like. Once you're in, it’s yours for life.

  • Her Kettlebell Era is designed to be completed in just 10 minutes a day. Each lesson is a short, easy-to-follow video focused on one kettlebell movement or skill. You can watch it, practice it, and repeat it throughout the day if you like, but there’s no pressure, no timers, and no long workouts. It’s designed to fit into real life, not take it over.

  • Not at all, you can absolutely keep doing your current workouts. Her Kettlebell Era is designed to complement what you're already doing. Since each video is short (around 10 minutes), you can use it as a warm-up, skill practice, or a standalone session on lighter days. Think of it as adding focused kettlebell learning to your routine, not replacing it.

  • Every drill in Her Kettlebell Era is designed to be done in a small space, like your lounge room, garage, or even a cleared corner of your bedroom. You only need one or two kettlebells, no machines, no mirrors, and no fancy equipment. The movements are low-impact, compact, and quiet, so they’re perfect for home, even with kids around, limited space, or if you're squeezing it in during nap time.

  • Not at all, Her Kettlebell Era was created specifically for beginners. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the basics, including how to hold the bell, how to move safely, and how to build strength with confidence. No prior experience needed, just one kettlebell and a willingness to learn.

  • If you’ve never had formal kettlebell coaching or you’re self-taught through YouTube workouts, this course will likely fill in the gaps and sharpen your technique, even if you’re already training. The drills may look simple, but they’re intentionally designed to build control, tension, and proper mechanics that carry over into more advanced moves. Many women find that going back to the basics (and doing them well) unlocks better strength, safer lifts, and smoother flow. So if you’re unsure, don’t underestimate the power of doing the fundamentals really well.

  • You’ll get access to the welcome video and Telegram group right away, but the course itself is delivered one video per day for 30 days, so you can focus on learning each skill without feeling overwhelmed. It’s intentionally paced to help you build confidence and consistency, one step at a time. And don’t worry, once a video is delivered, it’s yours to keep. You’ll have lifetime access to all the content inside the Telegram group, right on your phone.

  • You can find quality kettlebells at most sports stores or online. In Australia, try Rebel Sport, Kmart, or Iron Edge. If you're outside Australia, trusted international retailers include Rogue Fitness, Kettlebell Kings and even Amazon.

Look for a cast iron or powder-coated kettlebell with a smooth handle. Avoid vinyl-coated ones, they’re often bulky and harder to grip properly.

As for size, a good starting point for most beginners is:

    • 8kg or 10kg if you’re new to strength training

    • 12kg or 16kg if you’ve been training and feel strong

Start with one or two kettlebells. That’s all you need for Her Kettlebell Era. I’ll guide you step-by-step in the course, so you can move with confidence, no matter what you start with.
