FIVE-FIVE-FIVE KETTLEBELL COMPLEX

Do 5 sets of 5 reps on the left and then on the right. Alternate between left and right. So do the single arm swing for 5 reps on the left and then 5 reps on the right, then move to the next exercise.

Take a break after the single arm snatch for 1 to 2 minutes before starting the next round.

Single arm swing
Off set front rack squat
Single arm clean and press
Off set front rack reverse lunge
Single arm snatch

Don't forget to warm-up rhythmically (walking, cycling, jogging, rowing, marching) for 5 to 10 minutes at 60% maxHR or 6 RPE. Also cool down for a few minutes by walking around and letting the heart rate come back down slowly and then do some static stretching.
