Set a timer for 5 minutes and cycle through these simple moves:
✅ Cat-Cow Stretch (60 sec) – Loosen up your spine and get circulation flowing
✅ World’s Greatest Stretch (60 sec alternating sides) – Open up those tight hips and chest
✅ Side Lying Thoracic Opener (30 sec each side) – Mobility through your thoracic spine
✅ Deep Squat Hold (60 sec) – Increase range of motion at your ankles and hips
