Zero Motivation… Do This.

Not gonna lie—some days, I feel just as flat and unmotivated as anyone else.

Yes, even as a coach!!!

→ There are mornings I think, “I’ll start tomorrow.”

→ Workouts I nearly skip.

→ Moments where making the better choice feels like too much.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

The difference between staying stuck and making progress?

→ It’s not about who has the most energy.

→ It’s about who knows how to create it.

Because energy doesn’t come before action. It comes from it.

So next time you’re dragging?

Borrow energy from your Future Self. Future You will thank you for:

→ Taking that walk instead of scrolling
→ Choosing a real meal over another quick fix
→ Heading to bed instead of watching “just one more”

You don’t need to overhaul your whole day. Just start with 2 minutes.

Move first. Shift the state. The hardest part is getting going—after that, it gets easier.
