You Might Just Need More Margin

The other day I was chatting with a client…

She told me she was doing everything right
✅ Getting her workouts in
✅ Following her meal plan
✅ Showing up consistently

But she was still burnt out.

And I bet, as a busy woman juggling a million things, you’ve felt that too.

Here’s what I reminded her:
👉 The problem wasn’t her habits… it was the lack of margin.

Most of us don’t feel exhausted because we’re doing too little. We feel exhausted because we’re doing too much without space to reset.

Think of your day like a book.

If there’s no white space, no breathing room between the words—reading it feels overwhelming. Your routine is the same.

When every minute is crammed with training, meal prep, work, errands, and emotional labor, you end up sprinting from one thing to the next, with no time to breathe.

And when there's no breathing room? Burnout isn’t if—it’s when.

So how do we create more margin?
✔️ Add buffer time between tasks (not everything needs to be back-to-back)
✔️ Stop optimising every second—more isn’t always better
✔️ Choose real rest over numbing out—movement, stillness, sunlight, breath
✔️ Let go of the non-essential—even if it's just for now

💬 Here’s my challenge for you: Where do you need more white space?
What’s one thing you’re ready to let go of to create more calm and capacity?
