You don’t have to choose between enjoying summer or feeling good. You can have both. It’s not about restriction, it’s about smart, satisfying swaps that leave you feeling energised (not sluggish and bloated). Try these next time you’re tempted:

Ice cream every night?
Blend a frozen banana with protein powder, almond milk & peanut butter.

Sugary cocktails?
→ Sparkling water + lime + a splash of juice or coconut water. Add berries or mint for a fun twist.

Greasy takeout?
→ Tacos with turkey mince, avo & a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Fruit snacks?
→ Chilled watermelon + feta (trust me) = perfection.

Soft drink or sweet tea?
→ Iced tea with lemon—so refreshing and gut-friendly.

S’mores?
→ A square of dark choc + almond butter + frozen raspberries. Game-changer.
