How My Clients Stay Consistent

I was chatting with one of my Strong Women’s Academy members the other day, and she said:

“It’s like the moment my day derails, everything else just snowballs.”

I totally get it. Life can become insanely busy—especially when you’re balancing career, family, and trying to carve out a little time for yourself.

Here’s the mindset shift I shared with her—and now I’m sharing it with you:

👉 Just do ONE hard thing.

Not the entire to-do list. Not every single goal you’ve set. Just one thing today that moves you forward.

Maybe it’s:

  • Sneaking in a 15-minute workout in your living room—because consistency beats perfection any day

  • Whipping up one protein-rich meal—think eggs + greens or reheating last night’s lean leftovers

  • Setting a boundary—saying no to something that drains your energy so you can protect your “yes” for what really matters

  • Prioritising recovery—going to bed 30 minutes earlier instead of mindlessly scrolling on your phone

Pick the one thing that feels doable… the one thing your future self will thank you for. Because when you stack those “one hard things” day after day, you build momentum—and that’s when lasting change happens.

So here’s your challenge today: choose your one hard thing, then go do it! Even if that’s all you get done today, you’re still moving forward.
