6 Months Down. Time To Check In
We’re halfway through the year and if things haven’t gone quite the way you hoped… you’re definitely not alone.
This is the point where most people either:
Try to play catch-up and “go hard” for the next few months, or
Throw it all in and say, “I’ll start fresh in January.”
But here’s the truth: You don’t need to do either.
There’s a better way —>>
Pause, recalibrate, and choose what makes sense now, not what sounded good six months ago.
Here’s a little self-check-in I love. Give yourself 5–10 minutes sometime this week (jot it down, pop it in your Notes app, or just reflect while you walk):
What’s actually been making you feel better this year?
(Maybe it’s walking, eating more protein, setting boundaries, getting to bed earlier…)What’s been draining you or just doesn’t suit your life anymore?
(Like long workouts you dread, skipping meals, or saying yes when you really wanted to say no)What’s one small change that would make the rest of the year easier?
(Something like packing lunch 3x a week, doing a 10-min stretch before bed, or walking after dinner)
That’s it. A little reset — not a full overhaul.
Let’s make the second half of this year feel lighter, simpler, and way more doable. You’ve got this!
