What Kind Of “Bricklayer” Are You?

Three bricklayers were working side by side.

When asked what they were doing, the first said,
👉 “I’m laying bricks.”

The second said,
👉 “I’m building a wall.”

And the third one? He smiled and said,
👉 “I’m building a cathedral.”

Same work. Same tools. But completely different mindsets.

So let me ask you something…

When you’re prepping meals, getting your workout in, or choosing to prioritise your health, which mindset are you showing up with?

🧱 Just ticking off a task?
🧱 Working toward a short-term goal?
🧱 Or are you building something bigger—something that will carry you through life with energy, confidence, and strength?

Because when you zoom out and see what it really adds up to, those small daily decisions? They’re not so small after all.

Next time you feel like you’re just going through the motions—pause and ask: What am I actually building here?
